Applied Drilling Technology International (ADTI) performs offshore Turnkey Drilling, Turnkey Completions, and Project Management Services worldwide.

It was originally established in Houston, Texas in 1979 to drill turnkey wells offshore in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.  Today, ADTI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Transocean and has offices in Houston, Texas and Aberdeen, Scotland.  ADTI has drilled 1,400 Turnkey wells, performed 280 Turnkey Completions, and has provided Project Managed Services on 570 wells.

ADTI’s thorough project planning and consistent execution are critical components to ADTI’s continued success.  A comprehensive project analysis generates the most efficient drilling and completion solution, whether it is on a turnkey or project management basis.

ADTI’s long-term success is also due to its highly experienced, employee-based project teams.  ADTI employs 60 Engineers, 55 Operational Supervisors, and 30 Operations Support (Geoscientists, Logistics, Contracts, Accounting) personnel with a group average of over 24 years offshore industry experience.
